Generalized Plane Strain Off Diagonal

Generalized Plane Strain kernel to provide contribution of the out-of-plane strain to other kernels

Kernel GeneralizedPlaneStrainOffDiag computes the off-diagonal Jacobian entries to couple the in-plane displacement degree of freedoms with the out-of-plane strain degree of freedom. The out-of-plane direction can be , , or . This object is usually set up by the GeneralizedPlaneStrainAction.
